Can she feel their emotions?: Go wild! Though a lot of times when he's around mortals, he tries to use his angelic nature to appear reassuring and friendly, so feel free to have fun with that.
Is there anything weird she might pick up on? re: character's an empath too, etc: Aziraphale's an Angel, so he's got empathic and telepathic abilities of his own, but they're kind of broken in Deerington. The Angelic nature is still there, though.

Can she feel their emotions?: Quentin has mental wards up so psychics can't read all of the sad shit he thinks about on a regular basis, so I'm not sure how that'll translate. Maybe Ren can feel what he's feeling if she focuses a little more than usual, or if his emotions are really strong? I'd love to play around with this!

Can she feel their emotions?: Sure! Shinichi internalises a lot of deeper emotions, but tends to wear things like anxiety, fear, worry, etc. on his sleeve. She's welcome to feel any of that as you like; he doesn't have any psychic barriers up or anything like that.

Is there anything weird she might pick up on? re: character's an empath too, etc: So Merlin is already a bad liar, but he's also actively lying all the time about having magic, so prior to him admitting he's got powers to her, she's welcome to realize he's lying if it ever comes up. He also, as stated, has magic, and she's welcome to get any weird effects you think are fun/make sense/exist in her canon/etc. Merlin also can speak telepathically to other characters (literally words-in-head style, no shared feelings) so if she's able to somehow be aware of that/use his innate ability to mesh with hers and can contact him that way, also cool with that! Mostly I'm here to figure out fun ways to turn powers that are already huge plot devices into even more fun ones.

Is there anything weird she might pick up on? re: character's an empath too, etc: Will is not a supernatural empath, but he's referred to as one in his non-supernatural canon; basically he's just an exceptional cold reader that accidentally feels whatever he's reading from the other person. Might be fun for feedback loops with Ren, might feel weird for her if she picks up his very erratic moods, etc etc, I'm very easy going on how others interpret Will's non-magical ""empathy"".

Aside from that Will's just also content warning city and his mind's a bad place overall, so an empath might not be thrilled with him/might have reasons to really, really not trust him.
